It took me a difficult time to get staff to hpnor oil change & tire rotation discount because I lost the coupon but they gave in

For the first time ever I was disappointed. First I didn't receive the 27 point maintenance check printout. Second my tires were improperly rotated. Third when I was waiting to check out the woman behind the glass was on the phone and didn't even look up to acknowledge me. Edgar had to go in and process my payment. Edgar did an excellent job through the whole process.
